RENTON, Wash.– Paccar Parts has named East Penn Manufacturing Company the 2015 Supplier of the Year for North America for its outstanding supplier performance and superior customer satisfaction.

Generally, the award recognizes suppliers who demonstrate excellence in operational efficiency, retail sales growth, parts availability, cost management and program support. East Penn reduced its lead times to Paccar dealers and maintained 99% on-time delivery performance, contributing to excellent on-shelf availability and record levels of unit sales this past year, said Paccar Parts.

This is the second consecutive year East Penn has won the award.

East Penn is a Pennsylvania-based company participated in multiple training events and communications such as articles, literature and videos. East Penn also supported loyalty and customer-focused programs.
