GALESBURG, Mich. — Want to learn all about the Eaton UltraShift Plus automated transmission without the pressure sales tactics? Eaton has launched a virtual spokesperson to educate customers on the benefits of the product line, completely over the Internet.

The new online spokesperson is named Brian Fletcher, and he can be found welcoming visitors at www.ultrashiftplus.com.

“We still have more than 200 real sales and support representatives throughout North America to assist our customers through the Roadranger field organization,” said Christopher Konkel, field sales and service manager for Eaton. “Adding Brian Fletcher provides a unique customer service option and really leverages today’s latest digital technology tools to provide tailored information on UltraShift Plus that is relevant to each visitor and available 24/7.”

Fletcher considers fleet type, vehicle requirements and business needs when determining the best UltraShift Plus for a visitor’s operation. Visitors to the site can also request Roadranger assistance at anytime, if they’d prefer to speak to a human.
