Cobra Electronics has announced the availability of the Cobra Smart Cam Series for purchase in Best Buy stores and online, as well as through  Cobra.com/dashcams. The Cobra SC 100, SC 201, SC 200, and SC 200D are available now.

The Cobra SC Series features four distinct, connected dash camera models, all powered by the industry’s first included real- time driver alert platform designed to deliver sensor-based and crowdsourced notifications for smarter driving. Intuitive video capture and cloud-enabled management capabilities, seamless connectivity options, and advanced safety and security features equip drivers and their cars with increased awareness and intelligence. Available in multiple variations that record the road ahead, behind, as well  as inside the vehicle, the advanced connected dash cameras suit a variety of driver types, from commuter to teen driver to professional truck driver or ride share driver.

The SC Series offers sharp 1080P or 1600P video resolution that the Cobra line is known for along with  seamless connectivity enabled by dual-band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.

All of these innovations include integration with the Drive Smarter platform and app. Drive Smarter provides cloud video management capabilities, including editing and sharing tools for drivers, both manually and automatically. Additionally, the platform provides users with the extended network of the Cobra community, connecting drivers to over 100 million driver, sensor, and database alerts annually.
