Daimler appoints new general manager of human resources

PORTLAND, Ore.Daimler Trucks North America (DTNA) announced today that Eileen Frack has been appointed to the position of general manager of human resources.

The appointment also makes Frack DTNA’s first female Operating Committee member.

Prior to this role, Frack was DTNA’s director of executive management development. She will succeed David Carson who was appointed CEO of Freightliner Custom Chassis Corporation. Frack was also named a member of DTNA’s Operating Committee. Her tenure as general manager and Operating Committee appointee are effective starting August 1, 2015.

Frack started with DTNA back in 2005 as the director of the office of tax affairs and international trade compliance. She then moved in to her position as the director of executive management development in 2010.

Prior to joining the DTNA, she worked with Nike and Kimberly-Clark. She has a Bachelor’s degree  in Business Administration from Oregon State University.
