Pedigree Technologies has announced an integration with Carrier Logistics that embeds driver communications, pickup-and-delivery workflows and mobile document capture within the CLI FACTS TMS.

Designed for less-than-truckload (LTL) carriers, the integration connects drivers, dispatch and back-office teams in near real time without requiring fleets to replace existing electronic logging devices or change compliance strategies, the companies said.

Carrier Logistics’ TMS manages dispatch, billing, settlements and freight visibility. Pedigree extends those functions into the field with mobile workflows aimed at reducing manual processes and improving visibility across multi-stop pickup-and-delivery operations.

Features include two-way messaging, real-time status updates flowing back into the CLI TMS, and secure mobile document capture for bills of lading and proof of delivery. The workflows are intended to reduce paperwork and accelerate billing.

The modular, ELD-agnostic integration supports terminal-based LTL operations, including multi-stop routes and linehaul coordination.
