CMC completes brand unification, announces promotions
CMC has formally launched as a single, unified organization operating under one name and brand.
More than two years ago, Marine Repair Service – Container Maintenance Company (CMC), ITI Intermodal and Columbia Container Services came together with a shared vision focused on safety, excellence and service, according to a news release. The three companies are now moving forward as one brand — CMC.
“This transformation represents the next step in our journey together,” said Vince Marino, chief executive officer of CMC. “Our new name and logo symbolize the strength that comes from the unity of three family-founded companies growing into one cohesive team. CMC stands for our shared commitment to safety, reliability, integrity, and the long-term relationships that define our success.”

The company also announced five leadership promotions. Sam Cermack was promoted to executive vice president, Bryan Blalock to chief operating officer, Davey Miller to senior vice president of South region, Michael Wojnowski to senior director, and Allison Czerski to senior vice president, corporate administration.
