Enterprise Mobility has completed its acquisition of commercial transportation services provider Hogan, bringing together two St. Louis, Miss.-founded, family-owned and privately held companies.

“Recognizing the complementary networks, talented workforces and respective industry expertise, this marks an exciting next chapter for two leading providers of transportation solutions,” Chrissy Taylor, president and CEO of Enterprise Mobility, said in a news release.

Hogan has about 3,000 employees and operates more than 10,000 pieces of equipment at more than 50 U.S. locations through a portfolio of commercial services, including full-service truck leasing, truck rental, dedicated transportation, and other custom transportation and logistics solutions.

Enterprise Mobility operates a diverse fleet of Class 1–6 vehicles and mobility offerings, including fleet management and light- and medium-duty truck rental. With Hogan, the combined business gains Class 7 and Class 8 heavy-duty trucks, as well as specialized equipment, such as refrigerated units, flatbeds, automotive haulers, and livestock trailers.

David Hogan, president of Hogan Transports, said customers of both companies will gain access to a wider range of services and larger network coverage.

Enterprise Mobility said Hogan will operate separately for the foreseeable future.
