Glover International Trucks to acquire Dawson International Truck Centres, Dawson Idealease
Glover International Trucks has signed a letter of intent to acquire Dawson International Truck Centres and Dawson Idealease, including their Kamloops, Vernon, and Kelowna locations in British Columbia.
The planned transition date is Dec. 4, according to a LinkedIn post.
The acquisition marks another step forward in Glover’s growth across Western Canada, expanding its ability to provide sales, parts, service, rental, and full-service lease solutions to customers, the company said.
