Knight Transportation has new president
Joe Vitiritto takes over as president of Knight Transportation today.
He rejoined the company in November 2025 and has most recently served as executive vice president of operation support. He also worked for Knight and Swift from 2003 to 2020 in a variety of roles.
Prior to rejoining Knight, he was president and CEO of Pam Transport, where he led the company through a variety of “significant operational and organizational initiatives,” Knight said in an announcement.
As president, Vitiritto’s priorities will be to: drive profitable growth; ensure terminals and departments are aligned to best serve customers, drivers and the company; and maintain a focus on cost discipline while operating safely and efficiently.
