Pilot Petroleum acquires Desert Cardlock Fuel Services
Regional fuel business Desert Cardlock Fuel Services in Kamloops, B.C., has been acquired by Pilot Petroleum.
The companies say it was a strategic move on both parts, allowing Desert Cardlock to focus on its core business while Pilot expanded its presence in Western Canada.
Munden Management Advisors acted as mergers and acquisitions advisor to Desert Cardlock.
