Phillips Industries has opened a new distribution center in the Cincinnati area, which will expedite deliveries to customers.

Located just off Interstates 75, 71 and 275, the 67,000 sq.-ft. facility is already operational and is shipping fast-moving aftermarket trucking parts to customers across the country.

The opening is part of a broader strategy at Phillips to rethink how aftermarket service should be delivered, the company says, leading to a faster, more adaptive supply model designed to reflect how fleets, distributors and service providers operate today.

“It’s all about shrinking the time from order to receipt,” said Rob Phillips, CEO of Phillips Industries. “Our customers work hard to manage their cash. By helping them place smaller orders and receive parts just a few days later, we’re making it easier than ever to do business with Phillips.”

The facility is designed to service stocked items within five business days.
