Stoughton Trailers expands dealer network in Carolinas
Stoughton Trailers has expanded its reach in the Southeast with the addition of Northstar Trailer to its dealer network.
Headquartered in Mount Pleasant, S.C., within the Charleston metro area, Northstar Trailer will provide Stoughton products in North Carolina and South Carolina, including dry van and PureBlue refrigerated trailers, intermodal chassis as well as parts and service, according to a news release. They have two drop yards to store trailers for immediate customer availability.
“We are excited that Northstar Trailer has come on board, providing us with a strong foothold in a dynamic market,” said Derrick Washington, vice president of sales for Stoughton Trailers. “We are confident that Northstar will provide excellent customer service and sales support in the Carolinas.”
“We look forward to representing the full line of Stoughton branded trailers in our market,” said Northstar Trailer president Cole Northcutt.
