“We are thrilled to join forces with an organization as large and strong as UAP. This partnership allows each of us to focus on our areas of expertise. By combining our strengths, we become even more efficient in serving our customers,” added Cheryl Hacking, CEO of IMT, the parent company of Standen’s.

The distribution of Standen’s products will now be handled by UAP. With its four TW distribution centers, a network of 145 Traction stores, and 140 TruckPro repair centres, UAP expands the reach and accessibility of Standen’s products. UAP is also acquiring Standen’s service and repair center in Calgary.
