UNION CITY, Ind. — Autocar is offering a wider range of engines for its 2004 Xpeditor WX, WXR and WXLL low-cab-over engine (LCOE) trucks.

Cat and Cummins engines ranging from seven to 11 liters are now available in the latest line of Autocar Xpeditor models.

Autocar says it’s the first stage of an engine program that will result in the broadest range of LCOE engine offerings in the industry.

“In fact, we are the only manufacturer of LCOE trucks to offer a full range of seven-, eight-, nine-, 10- and 11-liter engines to its customers,” Autocar vice-president of sales and marketing, Mike Popovich says. “And, just like the Xpeditor, all these engines are known for their ability to provide reliable service in the toughest conditions.”
