by Today's Trucking

Battle Motors has announced the launch of its Battle Truck Solutions (BTS) entity, which will replace its HQ Services and improve support for its dealer network and customers.

The new entity will provide aftersales support to dealers in the U.S. and Canada. It will encompass after sale chassis support departments, including parts, service and dealer operations. The company says the new division will better align with Battle Motor’s core missions and will improve parts and service support.

BTS has moved the parts department to a new distribution center in Ohio. It has launched a truck down service repair ticketing system for faster repairs, and increased service support staff.

It has also rolled out a new warranty system and improved warranty claims system. BTS has also launched a new dealer portal and enhanced its electronic parts catalog. Also new under BTS is a specialized aftermarket ‘all-makes’ parts program.
