Decisiv and Prokeep to integrate platforms

Decisiv and Prokeep are preparing to launch an integration that will bring parts, scheduling and campaign-related communication directly into the Decisiv Service Relationship Management (SRM) platform. The companies say the integration, now in pilot, will be available to dealers in early 2026 and will allow service and parts teams to manage communication in one place instead of across multiple systems.

The goal is to address gaps between dealership departments that often rely on separate tools for customer updates, parts requests and repair coordination. Decisiv said consolidating these interactions within a single SRM case will help eliminate fragmented messages, lost thread, reduce delays and improve overall service event efficiency.

The integration will automatically tie all service-related communication — including texts, emails and web chats — to the Decisiv SRM case. Dealers will also be able to set customizable triggers for maintenance reminders, follow-ups and campaign updates, allowing for more consistent and proactive outreach.

Decisiv and Prokeep are finalizing testing with pilot customers and expect broader rollout in early 2026. Dealers using Decisiv SRM, along with current or new Prokeep customers, can join the early-access list ahead of launch. More information will be available through the Decisiv Marketplace and Prokeep’s partnership resources.
