Eaton expands low-voltage auxiliary power solutions to aftermarket
Intelligent power management company Eaton announced that its portfolio of switches, circuit protection and power distribution solutions for commercial vehicles are now available to aftermarket customers.
In the area of power distribution and circuit protection, Eaton offers fuses, circuit breakers, junction blocks as well as fuse boxes with direct wire and J1939 compatibility, according to a news release.
For power conversion, Eaton provides DC/DC converters, battery equalizers and inverters, with power levels ranging from 70W to 3kW. These products feature durable packaging designed for harsh conditions and IP67 sealing, ensuring resistance to dust and water.
In vehicle control solutions, customers can choose between traditional or multiplexed configurations, enabling flexibility and precise operation across diverse applications. Eaton offers options, including electromechanical toggle, pushbutton, and sealed rocker switches, along with J1939 keypads and electronic switch modules. These products will be available via Mobility Group distributors and integrators.
