This digital experience connects customers with product specialists, who guide them through comprehensive 30-minute tours of Mack’s truck models.

“This approach allows us to showcase our trucks’ features and capabilities in a manner that is most convenient for the potential customer — all in an interactive way,” said Jonathan Randall, president of Mack Trucks North America, in a news release.

The platform offers a one-way video format, enabling customers to view the demonstration while communicating through audio or chat. It’s currently available to qualified buyers in the U.S. and Canada, who can sign up through Mack’s website.

The company says it is the first OEM to launch such feature, adding that the goal is to enhance convenience for potential buyers while providing a pressure-free environment for exploring truck options.
