The Locus platform is now integrating with ServiceNow Field Service Management to optimize routes and streamline the work of field service agents.
Using the combined systems, customers can pick preferred appointment times for service, while the Locus integration will allocate the task to the best field service agent with the right skills and tools for the task. It will also determine the most efficient street level routes for each technician.
The platform considers account service locations, time to complete the task, the distance between service locations, traffic conditions, and other factors.
Dispatchers have complete visibility into the tasks, while the system collects data that can be used to take corrective action.
