Spotter TMS updates platform to boost fleet reliability and workflow efficiency
Spotter TMS has introduced a series of platform upgrades aimed at improving fleet reliability, dispatcher oversight, and driver communications.
The company says the latest updates focus on reducing operational friction by strengthening system stability and improving how issues are routed between drivers, dispatchers, and management teams.

“These new TMS updates are about removing friction and making sure the right people are connected at the right time,” said Peidi Wu, co-founder of Spotter AI.
New fleet management features include expanded supervisory controls that allow multiple managers to oversee operational groups, customizable shift scheduling, and smarter alert escalation designed to reduce duplicate notifications when issues have already been addressed.
Driver-facing improvements include one-click access to communication tools from active assignments, enhanced image viewing, and an integrated camera-based document scanner that allows paperwork to be submitted directly through the mobile app. Drivers can also tag dedicated technical support personnel when operational or equipment issues arise.
Spotter said additional enhancements planned for 2026 include FuelSeek integration, simplified onboarding, and automated system setup tools.
The company says the updates reflect growing fleet demand for more reliable, integrated transportation management platforms as carriers look to improve efficiency in a challenging operating environment.
