Truckstop.com has launched a new dry van-only load board aimed at giving small fleets and owner-operators more affordable access to verified freight and real-time market data.

The company claims that the new platform, priced from US$35 per month, is the industry’s first dedicated load board designed exclusively for dry van carriers. It offers unlimited searches and postings while providing insights to help users book freight more efficiently and negotiate better rates.

“We know this freight recession has been especially tough, with van rates trailing other equipment types and offering some of the lowest pay per mile in the market,” said Scott Moscrip, CEO of truckstop.com, in a news release. “That’s why we created a dedicated Van Load Board at a lower price point — to give van carriers quick, verified access to high-quality freight and real-time market data.”

The load board is available in two tiers — Basic and Pro. The Basic version provides private load access from approved brokers, broker factorability data, a route mapping tool, and state-level truck and load counts to identify less competitive lanes. It also supports cross-border freight searches for loads entering or leaving Canada.

The Pro version includes all Basic features plus additional analytics through SONAR Insights, offering same-day and forecast rate data to help carriers track market shifts, compare lanes, and negotiate effectively.

Additional tools in the Pro package include real-time live load updates, rate-per-mile heat maps, multi-trip planning and search, load comparison features, and mobile load matches notifications directly to a mobile phone.
