Canadian Recruiting and Retention conference line-up announced

TORONTO, Ont. — The sixth annual Canadian Recruiting and Retention Conference will be held Sept. 22-24 at the Doubletree Hotel in Toronto.

The theme for this year’s conference is ‘Retention through leadership.’ On Sept. 22, Kelly Anderson of Impact Transportation Solutions will provide an engaging four-hour seminar on recruiting ideas, techniques, tips and best practices on how to recruit professional drivers in a challenging environment.

On Sept. 23, speakers include: Warren Coughlin, certified business coach; Grant Mellow, certified business coach; Marily Otten, Live to Learn; Scott Short, Trimac Transportation; and Anderson.

On Sept. 24, speakers will include: Dan Einwechter, Challenger Motor Freight; Jay Wommack, Vertical Alliance Group; Christopher Willis and Dennis Brazolot, Willis and Brazolot Co.; and Anderson.
