CarriersEdge names 2026 Best Fleets to Drive For
CarriersEdge has announced the winners of its 2026 Best Fleets to Drive For program, recognizing North American for-hire trucking companies that stand out for driver workplace experience, compensation, engagement and overall fleet culture. Now in its 18th year, the program highlighted fleets that maintained strong driver-focused practices despite a challenging operating environment.
This year, there are four new entrants to the Top 20. Cambridge, Ont.-based Challenger Motor Freight is a new Hall of Fame inductee, recognized along eight returning Hall of Fame fleets. Five fleets received an honorable mention.

Overall winners in the large and small fleet categories will be announced March 16-17 at the Best Fleets Education & Awards Conference in Charlotte, N.C.
“This was a demanding year for fleets across the industry,” said CarriersEdge CEO Jane Jazrawy in a news release. “The fleets recognized in the 2026 Best Fleets programs distinguish themselves not by avoiding challenges, but by responding thoughtfully to them. Through clear communication and cost-conscious, driver-focused approaches, this year’s Top 20 and Hall of Fame fleets showed that strong cultures can be sustained even in difficult conditions.”
