CTA to distribute, deliver CTHRC training products
OTTAWA (Nov. 25, 2002) — The Canadian Trucking Alliance has agreed to distribute publications and deliver training programs developed by the Canadian Trucking Human Resources Council (CTHRC).
Products that will be available include E-Learning Programs for Dispatchers and Owner-Operators, Skills Upgrading Modules for Drivers, and Occupational Analyses for Professional Drivers and Dispatchers.
Based in Ottawa, the CTHRC is a non-profit group formed in 1994. It develops training programs for entry-level and existing drivers, accredits training centres to deliver the programs, and certifies workers who complete the programs.
