High-pressure Parts Washers
Peterson Machine Tool says technicians can clean parts quickly and safely with its PB10 and PB20 Parts Blasters. Both use a heated, water-based cleaning solution pumped at 600 psi to clean parts. They also have seven-day timers and thermostats to control the temperature of the cleaning solution, and a built-in oil-skimmer to remove tramp oils. You can direct the “grit-stripping” spray in a fan or pencil pattern where it’s most needed to quickly clean dirty parts, and the cleaning solution is filtered so that the parts blasters can also be used for final cleaning before assembly.
