Kenworth Sales Company forms board of directors
Kenworth Sales Company, a Kenworth truck dealership serving the Intermountain West and Mid-Atlantic regions in the United States, announced it has formally established a board of directors to strengthen governance and guide long‑term strategy.
Dealer principal Kyle Treadway will serve as chairman and is joined by independent directors C. Daniel Clark, Adam Lawyer, Bob G. Sant and Molly MacKay Zacker.
According to a news release, the new board replaces its longstanding family board structure, which has guided the organization for more than 25 years. The new board will play a central role in supporting executive management, ensuring alignment with company values, and guiding strategic initiatives.

“Our Board of Directors represents a significant step forward in preparing for the next generation of growth,” said Kyle Treadway, president and dealer principal, in the release. “Each board member brings valuable insight and experience that will help us elevate the customer experience while expanding our capabilities as an industry leader.”
The board members bring experience in transportation, finance, operations, data analytics, and organizational development.
Treadway is a third‑generation shareholder and serves as dealer principal of Kenworth Sales Company. He joined the family firm as legal counsel in 1987 and became president in 2000.
C. Daniel Clark recently retired as head of vehicle and equipment finance at Bank of Montreal, where his responsibilities included transportation, equipment finance and auto dealer inventory lending. Earlier in his career, Clark held leadership roles at GE Capital Transportation Finance and Citi Capital Transportation Finance.
Adam Lawyer serves as chief investment officer at Sewell Automotive Companies and previously spent 20 years advising dealership organizations on financial strategy.
MacKay Zacker is vice president of operations at MacKay & Company. She brings decades of experience in industry research, operational leadership, and client engagement.
Bob G. Sant is the corporate human resources director at Kenworth Sales Company, where he has worked for 24 years.
