Trimac, Harris Transportation combine regional petroleum businesses
CALGARY — Trimac Transportation and Harris Transportation will combine their petroleum products transportation businesses in the states of Oregon and Washington, the companies announced. The business will operate under the name of Harris Transportation Co. LLC and will be headquartered in Portland, Ore.
Annual revenues will be in excess of $8 million US. The new company will be equally owned by Trimac and Harris. Brian Harris has been appointed president and CEO.
