In his new role, Anguiano will focus on integrating acquisitions, improving fiscal performance through capital allocation and operational efficiencies, and future-proofing operations by positioning the company to adapt to changes in the automotive and logistics markets.

He joined Montway’s executive leadership team in 2021 as chief financial officer (CFO) and has played a key role in the company’s expansion, particularly through identifying and integrating acquisition targets that broadened Montway’s market reach and service capabilities, according to a news release.

Anguiano’s previous career experience includes several senior leadership roles: he served as CFO at Allstate Roadside Services for nearly five years, served as vice president of finance at National Express, and spent more than seven years at US Foods, most recently as director of finance.

His responsibilities include ensuring dealers have the tools, resources and strategic support needed to deliver service and long-term value to customers.

Pisano brings more than 13 years of experience in the environmental equipment sector. His background includes more than three years with Clean Energy and eight years at McNeilus, where he held several leadership roles, including director of sales operations. Most recently, he led off-rent truck sales at Big Truck Rental, supporting independent, municipal and national customers with fleet planning and equipment services.

As part of the leadership transition, Robby DeHart, who previously served as chief commercial officer, moves into the role of chief operating officer. In that position, DeHart will focus on operational support across the dealership network, will work closely with operational leaders to enhance parts and service capabilities, strengthen customer support offerings, and further leverage VTE’s scale to improve dealership synergies and long-term growth.

She also earned what TCA describes as the “trifecta” of its certificates, completing the recruitment, retention and human resources programs.

“I couldn’t be more excited about recognizing such a deserving recipient,” said Tracy Rushing, executive director of safety and HR at RE Garrison and chairperson of TCA’s retention, recruitment and human resources committee. “What makes this special is the real commitment to lifelong learning — not just for themselves, but for the people they support every day. When we invest in education, we directly improve the driving job, and that’s exactly what this award is meant to celebrate.”
