Trucking Announcements: promotions at KAG, Minotti joins XL Specialized Trailers

This week, Dana welcomed Brian Pour as president of its commercial vehicle division, while KAG Canada announced the promotions of four people working in its Edmonton office’s financial department. Meanwhile, Richard Minotti joined XL Specialized Trailers as the new regional sales manager for Canada.
Dana appoints Pour as president of commercial vehicles division
Dana announced the appointment of Brian Pour as president of its commercial vehicle drive systems business unit. He succeeds Aziz Aghili, who recently retired. He will begin his new role on July 22.
Pour brings more than 30 years of experience managing mobility businesses internationally. For the past seven years, he served as president and chief executive officer of Auria Solutions, a provider of aerodynamic, thermal, and acoustic solutions to the automotive industry.
Before that, Pour held senior management positions in various automotive multinational companies with offices in China, Japan, and the United States. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University in Michigan.
Minotti joins XL Specialized Trailers
XL Specialized Trailers appointed Richard Minotti as the regional sales manager for Canada.
Minotti, who resides in Quebec, will focus on expanding and supporting the dealer network. He brings 14 years of experience in sales within the heavy haul industry.
Most recently, he served as a district sales manager at Trail King Industries since 2013.
KAG Canada promotes four in Edmonton office
KAG Canada announced the promotions of four people working in its Edmonton office.
Junis Hornada, the current accounts receivable team lead, will now also oversee the revenue team. In this expanded role as a revenue manager, Hornada will manage both invoicing and collections operations.
Meanwhile, Tyler Pennington’s controllership has been expanded to support more working groups within the finance team.
Mackenzie Letourneau, who joined KAG Canada in February 2022 as a senior financial analyst, has been promoted to divisional controller of finance. She has a CPA designation and experience in public accounting.
Ariana Rocic, also a CPA and former senior financial analyst, has been appointed a divisional controller of fleet. She will oversee accounting and analyses related to equipment purchases, repairs, maintenance expenses, and asset depreciation and disposals.
