FleetCross helping customers find information
ROCHESTER, N.Y. — FleetCross’ Electronic Reference System covering all makes and classes of North American vehicles allows users to find loads of information in a single look-up software package.
FleetCross is a series of eight service, parts and labor referencing modules allowing users to find information by vehicle unit or identification number. Users are also able to cross-reference millions of OEM and aftermarket part numbers, check standard labor allowances, create an order or estimate, manage inventory, prepare warranty claims and more.
With Vehicle Reporting Maintenance Standards (VMRS) codes used throughout the system, more than 1,200 manufacturers and 15 million parts references are covered including applications for heavy and medium-duty vehicles, trailers, buses, light trucks, autos, off-road equipment and recreational vehicles. Some European vehicle coverage is available as well.
Operating as a stand-alone system or on a network, the electronic linkage of the eight modules allows for easy navigation and enables posting to a printable screen, file or outside system, such as a work or purchase order. For more information visit www.fleetcross.com
