Peterbilt intros new maintenance packages
LOUISVILLE, Ky.– Peterbilt announced new basic preventative maintenance packages at the Mid-America Trucking Show.
TruckCare Preventive Maintenance value packages provide a 60-point inspection; lube, oil and filter change; tire inflation adjustment; and coolant level, freeze point and SCA additive level check. The packages are sold in quantities of four or more services per vehicle and are available through participating Peterbilt dealerships.
“This new option allows customers to pre-purchase basic preventive maintenance and take full advantage of the many benefits of being a TruckCare customer,” said Bruce Ewald, Peterbilt Assistant General Manager. “With the new PM option – as with all TruckCare Preventive Maintenance plans — customers receive priority scheduling at Peterbilt dealerships by calling 1-800-4-PETERBILT, complimentary use of the Web-based Maintenance Manager and all work is performed to OEM standards.
“The value packages further expand the flexibility and convenience of TruckCare Preventive Maintenance, already one of the industry’s most comprehensive, customizable suite of PM services available.”
In addition to preventive maintenance, TruckCare Services include 24/7 roadside assistance and service scheduling through TruckCare Customer Assistance by dialing 1-800-4-PETERBILT; the Web-based TruckCare Maintenance Manager for service tracking and cost analysis; TruckCare Services Cards, good for fuel, parts and service purchases at more than 4,000 locations and Peterbilt dealerships throughout North America; and QuickCare lube, oil and filter service, and QuickCare air conditioning service.
