COMPETITION WATCH: DHL to outsource insurance claims management
GREENWICH, Conn.– DHL EXPRESS has chosen to outsource its claims and loss cost management, managed care for workers’ compensation, auto and general liability for its U.S. operations in a three-year agreement with Cambridge that took effect May 1, 2005.
“We were looking for a company that would work with us as a partner, who would bring new and innovative products and services to us, and who had a strong record in using best practices for claims management,” said Bryan Rettmann, Director, Risk Management Americas of DHL Express. “Cambridge brought all that and more to the table. Cambridge’s proactive management and deep expertise will enhance our risk management program, ensuring that claims get efficient and professional management, and that potential losses are reduced.”
