Two Canadians find places on Kenworth’s Service Council

KIRKLAND, Wash. — Kenworth has named members of its 2006 Kenworth Service Council, made up of leading service managers representing Kenworth dealerships in the U.S. and Canada. Members north of the border are Frank Chiarizia of Inland Kenworth in Burnaby, B.C. and Jody MacDonald of Tandet Kenworth in Kingston, Ont.

Kenworth says the council’s ongoing mission is to help foster service and product improvements to achieve world’s best quality in both Kenworth customer support and products.

“Kenworth recently received an outstanding five J.D. Power and Associates 2005 awards for ‘Highest in Customer Satisfaction covering the Heavy and Medium Duty Truck studies’, which is just a tremendous achievement in our industry,” said Gary Moore, Kenworth assistant general manager for marketing and sales. “The Kenworth Service Council and the Kenworth dealer network are major contributors to Kenworth’s product and service quality.”

Other members of the 2006 Kenworth Service Council members include chairman Jim Grant, Trebar Kenworth Sales, Boise, Idaho; Ralph Goodrich, Kenworth Sales-Spokane, Spokane, Wash..; John Gibson, Truck Enterprises, Harrisonburg, Va.; Scott Elders, Michigan Kenworth, Grand Rapids, Mich.; Jim Johnston, MHC Kenworth-Chattanooga, Chattanooga, Tenn.; Rick Saner, MHC Kenworth-Springfield, Springfield, Mo.; and Kenworth Dealer Council representative Jay Ellison, French-Ellison Truck Centers Inc., Pharr, Texas.
