It’s hard to believe that fall is just around the corner.

It seems like yesterday when we were all complaining about the unusually cold and wet spring.

The return of fall also marks the return of Truck World, Canada’s largest truck show.

Held at the National Trade Centre (CNE grounds) in Toronto September 26-28, this show provides you with a great opportunity to see the latest in new trucks, trailers, equipment and parts.

There are a number of free owner/operator seminars running on the Saturday, covering topics such as; how the proposed changes to the Hours-of-Service will affect you; how to stretch your fuel dollar further; and how to avoid driver inattention.

Go on down and rub shoulders with the people responsible for the sales and service of all the major players.

Freightliner, Hino, General Motors, Mack, International, Volvo, Thermo King, Mitsubishi Fuso and Sterling will all be there showcasing their latest advancements.

Truck World 2002 offers free parking – and that’s not a typo – yes, free parking to all attendees and that includes tractors, with or without trailers.

And what would a truck show be without a show and shine competition?

Go out and buy some cheap sunglasses and view some of the finest rigs from right across the country.

Located directly opposite the main entrance to the show, it is a popular attraction for the whole family.

This is also a great opportunity to check out the driver job market.

If you hold a valid AZ and are looking for a change, you can’t afford to miss the job fair.

It’s “one-stop shopping” under one roof.

Hell, even if you’re not looking for a change it’s not a bad idea to see what the other guys are offering.
