Glenncoe Transport founder passes away
KELOWNA, B.C. – Glenncoe Transport founder, Glenn Coe Sr. passed away on Dec. 29.
Coe was a trucking industry veteran who spent 19 years with Chapmans Transport before establishing Glenncoe Transport in 1972. He was a strong supporter of the B.C. Trucking Association and the trucking industry in general.
Coe is survived by his wife of 52 years, Verna, as well as three sons: Glenn; Keith and Donald and daughter Valerie.
Coe’s life was celebrated Jan. 6 at a service at the Kelowna Salvation Army Church.
