COLUMBUS, Ind. — ACT Research has published its Global Trailer Market Analysis and Forecast 2009-2016, which it says is the first such collection of trailer information, data, insights and forecasts.

The 70-plus page report covers the North American, Asia, Europe, South America, Australia and South Africa trailer markets.

“To our knowledge this trailer information has never before been published in one source,” said Ken Vieth, senior partner and general manager of ACT Research. “Over the years, we’ve fielded many questions about the global trailer market, so we are very pleased to be able to provide this for our customers.”

The report examines trailer sales data from 2009-2013 and projects ahead for 2014-2016. It breaks each market down by trailer type, including dry van, reefer, platform, dump, liquid and bulk tank and others.
