OAKVILLE, Ont. – Trucks For Change has announced it is extending its Clean House For A Cause program into the month of January.

To participate in the program, trucking companies need to simply look through their facilities (offices, shop, dock, warehouse etc.) for items that can be donated like extra office furniture , vehicles, equipment and unclaimed freight.

Trucks For Changes are asking that donators take photographs and send the company details of the items they wish to donate so it can arrange to have the items picked up by one of its partner charities.

“It’s a win-win proposition – you’ll begin 2015 with a clean house and the great feeling of having made a difference in your community,” the company said in a press release.
