Trimac appoints Executive Officers
CALGARY — Trimac Income Fund announced the appointment of Jeffrey J. McCaig as President and Chief Executive Officer of Trimac Transportation Services Inc. (“Trimac”) and Edward V. Malysa as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Trimac.
Both appointments take effect January 1, 2008.
Trimac’s current President and CEO, Terry J. Owen, will be leaving Trimac to pursue other interests as of December 31, as he announced earlier this year.
McCaig has been with Trimac for 24 years and has served in various senior management capacities and will also continue in his role as Chairman.
Malysa is currently Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Trimac, a position he has held for the past three and one half years. He has been with Trimac for 30 years and has served in a variety of senior management roles.
