Longtime Allied Trades member will be greatly missed: OTA
TORONTO, (Mar. 23, 2005) — Ontario Trucking Association Allied Trades member Roy Stoodley of Kenworth Toronto passed away on Sunday, March 20 surrounded by his family. As per Roy’s wishes, there will be no funeral home visitation.
Instead there will be a gathering of friends and family to celebrate Roy’s life on Thursday March 24, 2005 at 3:00 p.m. The event will be held at Norma-Jeanne’s Restaurant, (downstairs) 5977 Dixie Road, Mississauga. In lieu of flowers donations to Roy’s wife Lisa are being accepted.
Friends and family are invited to help celebrate the life of Stoodley — described by the OTA as a “very colourful character” who will be missed greatly.
