RevHD is expanding beyond wheel-end components with the launch of its Rev-Pinion severe-duty unitized seal, which is being shown for the first time at the Mid-America Trucking Show, March 26-28 in Louisville, Ky.

The company said the new pinion seal is designed for broad applications, including severe-duty use, and meets or exceeds OE material standards for performance and reliability.

Brian Beathard, co-founder and vice president of sales and marketing at RevHD, said the product reflects the company’s push to bring its “Maintenance Made Simple” approach to more areas of the truck.

“As RevHD continues to grow, we’re focused on delivering maintenance made simple across the truck, not just the wheel end,” Beathard said.

RevHD said the seal features a unitized design for installation with standard tools, a press-fit outside diameter with an integrated wear ring to prevent yoke wear and eliminate repair sleeves, and sealing lips insulated from yoke contact to extend service life.
