XTL has rebranded its U.S. logistics business CBT to XTL Logistics USA, reflecting its integration within the XTL Group portfolio.

XTL bought the Oakwood, Ga.-based 3PL in 2021. As XTL Logistics USA, the company will continue providing logistics services while backed by the full resources of XTL Group, the company said in a release.

“This rebrand reflects our shared values and unified approach across borders,” said Craig Germain, chief operating officer of XTL Group. “While the name and look are changing, our commitment to exceptional service, safety, and long-term partnerships remains exactly the same.”

As part of the rebranding, the company is rolling out a new logo and launching a new dedicated U.S. website. All leadership, staff and operations remain unchanged and customers will see a seamless transition, the company said.
