TORONTO— Truckers hauled more goods in October 2014 than any recorded number for October in any year, according to TransCore Link Logistics Canadian Freight Index.

Month-over-month, October’s freight volume were just one percent higher than the previous month’s.

And for the first time in 10 months, there were two trucks available for every one load.
