Bridgestone to roll out new fleet portal
Bridgestone Americas says it is introducing a new digital platform designed to simplify fleet management.
The company says its new Fleet Portal integrates multiple fleet management tools and services into a single web-based platform, giving fleets centralized access to operational data, service events, billing, reporting and other key functions.

“With the new Fleet Portal we can centralize all tools and data into a single digital experience for fleets,” said Josh Holland, vice president of network and fleet care solutions at Bridgestone Americas. “This integration is key to Bridgestone’s strategy to connect our fleet solutions in ways that deliver stronger performance with less complexity.”
Using a single login, fleets can manage vehicles and assets, monitor service activity, review invoices and access reporting metrics and support resources. The platform also links directly to other Bridgestone applications.
A key component of the portal is the company’s Service Dispatch tool, which connects fleets to the Bridgestone Commercial Dealer Network and automates the deployment of service technicians. The system also allows fleets to track service events with photos, documents and digital records, the company claims.
“Centralizing insights and workflows means less manual work, faster decisions and full operational visibility,” said Steve Hoeft, president of the commercial truck group at Bridgestone Americas. “It’s a major step in the industry’s digital evolution, enabling fleets to move from reactive problem-solving to proactive decision-making.”
Initial features include automated service workflows that help route tire-related service requests, a unified search tool for technical documents and troubleshooting resources, and centralized access to dealer locations and training materials.
Bridgestone says future updates to the platform will include artificial intelligence-driven analytics and additional workflow automation.
