Essex Lease Financial expands with acquisition of ATB Financial financing division
Essex Lease Financial Corporation has closed its acquisition of the capital asset financing division of ATB Financial.
The move expands Essex’s equipment and agricultural financing services across Western Canada.
Essex now serves the market from B.C. to Ontario, providing equipment financing across a range of sectors including trucking. It also runs a rental fleet of more than 300 trailers and other equipment.
