Cummins promotes two senior leaders
Cummins has announced two leadership appointments in operations and distributions, effective March 15, promoting Bonnie Fetch and Shon Wright.
“Cummins is fortunate to have strong and capable leaders who are dedicated to advancing our Destination Zero strategy,” said Jennifer Rumsey, chief executive officer of Cummins, in a news release. “I am proud to promote two experienced, people-centered leaders who embody our company’s commitment to living Cummins’ values, delivering innovative solutions for our customers and driving strategic and operational excellence.”

Fetch, currently vice-president and president of the distribution business, has been named executive vice-president and president of operations. She succeeds Srikanth Padmanabhan, who announced his retirement in January.
Fetch joined Cummins in 2018 after a 20-year career at Caterpillar, and has held leadership roles across supply chain, human resources, and general management. In her new role, she will oversee Cummins’ new and recon parts business and global operating functions, including supply chain, IT, services, advanced analytics, and quality.
Meanwhile, Shon Wright, who currently serves as vice-president of Cummins components and software, will take over as vice-president and president of the distribution business.
Wright has spent 22 years with Cummins in roles spanning strategy, operations, and sales across multiple company divisions, including power generation, filtration, and turbo technologies. In the new role, he will focus on enhancing global sales and service support, employee development, and operational performance.
