Roussel, who joined the company in 2022 and currently oversees the Morneau Global business unit, will now assume responsibility for Morneau Borea as well. He will be responsible for strengthening cohesion and efficiency across the group’s various units, fostering greater synergy between logistics and refrigerated transport.

Meanwhile, Ruel has been appointed as the company’s vice-president of growth and innovation. In this new role, he will identify and develop business partnerships to support the group’s long-term growth. Groupe Morneau said Ruel’s knowledge of the North American logistics chain will help advance its innovation initiatives.

And Savard joined the company as vice-president of pricing. With more than 25 years of experience in operations management, supply chain, and logistics, he will focus on strengthening pricing practices and supporting performance improvements.
