Roadmaster Drivers School invests more than $1 million into new Atlanta facility
Roadmaster Drivers School has announced a $1.1-million investment in a new state-of-the-art training facility offering Class A CDL training, financial assistance and job placement support for new commercial drivers.
The new facility is based in Atlanta.

“Roadmaster is focused on making CDL training more accessible and appealing to younger adults by highlighting fast entry into a stable career, modern training equipment, and strong earning potential,” says Brad Ball, president of Roadmaster Drivers School. “This $1.1 million investment in our Atlanta campus demonstrates our commitment to the region and to helping qualified individuals enter the workforce while building a solid future for themselves.”
The facility offers hands-on road time, trip planning instruction, defensive driving training and prepares CDL holders for current industry regulations, Ball said.
The expansion will accommodate more drivers and will use modern equipment such as automated transmission trucks, so drivers can be trained on the types of equipment they’re most likely to encounter working for today’s fleets.
The school is designed to train students in about a month. The company also works with carriers to provide tuition reimbursement in some cases. Roadmaster is headquartered in St. Petersburg, Fla., and in its 30 years in business has churned out more than 160,000 graduates.
