The Truckload Carriers Association (TCA) has opened enrollment for its 2026 Elite Fleet Program, created in partnership with the University of Denver’s Transportation & Supply Chain Institute.

The certification program recognizes North American for-hire carriers that provide best-in-class work environments, competitive compensation, and innovative practices for drivers, according to a news release.

Participating fleets can earn national recognition as a top workplace in truckload, enhance recruitment and retention, and celebrate their teams and company culture, the association stated. Certified carriers also receive a benchmarking report offering valuable insights into safety, compensation, benefits, quality of life, operations, and technology.

Applications are open to TCA for-hire carrier members. Enrollment began Sept. 2, and the deadline for applications and surveys is Nov. 28. Certified fleets will be announced Jan. 7, 2026, and honored during TCA’s annual convention in Orlando, Fla., Feb. 28-March 3, 2026. Program information and the enrollment form are available at www.TCAEliteFleet.com.
