Aperia Technologies is now offering vehicle asset tracking on its Halo Tire Management platform.

It says the new offering provides fleets with an integrated tool for tire and vehicle tracking and management.

“Data-driven decision making is paramount in fleet management,” said Judith Monte, vice-president at Aperia Technologies. “Since tires are the leading cause of unplanned asset downtime, understanding when and where they need servicing is crucial to maximize the utilization of tractors, trailers, and tires.”

Fleets using the Halo Tire Management platform can now access precise vehicle location information through high-fidelity and satellite map views, and also see the health status of each tire, the company says. This allows fleets to maximize asset utilization, streamline yard checks, optimize maintenance schedules, and plan routes.
