BeyondTrucks integrates with Isaac

BeyondTrucks announced it has integrated its AI-powered transportation dispatch and management system with Isaac Instruments’ telematics and electronic logging platform.

The companies say the integration addresses a long-standing gap between route planning systems and real-world operations, where optimized plans are often adjusted manually once they reach the road.

BeyondTrucks’ dispatch optimization tools now connect directly to Isaac’s in-cab technology. Using a unified data platform, BeyondTrucks’ system builds optimized schedules, routes and driver assignments, then continuously adjusts them in real time as conditions change. Those updates are translated into driver actions through Isaac’s in-cab devices, ensuring seamless communication flow between dispatch and drivers. That enables predictive step-by-step driver execution and additional data collection sent back to BeyondTrucks.

“The Isaac-BeyondTrucks integration enables today what was long thought of as the future of transportation management systems,” said Hans Galland, CEO of BeyondTrucks, in a news release. “Basically, the TMS is no longer only the system of record, but also a system of action with AI-enabled decision intelligence. This means fleets can continuously optimize, execute, and re-optimize operations to ensure they are continuously planned and dynamically adjusted.”

Galland said the system is particularly suited for fleets with complex or specialized driver operations and high service requirements, where manual overrides and communication gaps can limit the benefits of route optimization.

“With this integration and our two-way driver communications technology, dispatch systems can communicate optimized plans to drivers for predictive step-by-step execution,” said Jean-Sebastien Bouchard, chief product officer and co-founder at Isaac. “We are pleased to welcome BeyondTrucks to our growing lineup of Open Platform vendors. This integration provides Isaac clients with enhanced flexibility and choice in selecting the optimal solutions to meet their unique business needs.”
